Once a certificate is completed it can no longer be edited however we understand that mistakes happen and we can make amendments on your behalf or re-open certificates in certain circumstances, common examples are given below.
- Typing or spelling mistakes.
- Incorrect dates.
- Incorrect Client chosen.
- Omitted text.
In some circumstances we are unable to re-open certificates including the following (This list is not exhaustive and is at the discretion of Electraform)
- Unsatisfactory EICR's to re-issue after remedials - (The correct procedure is to create a copy of the original and re-issue after amendments, instructions can be found in this help article ).
- To change to a different installation. (This is prevent the same certificate being re-used over and over again)
- To amend multiple circuits and test results.
- To remove multiple observations.
