Reasons why your logo will not upload
- It's too big- the maximum allowable size is 64kB
- It's the wrong file type- please use only .jpg or .jpeg
- It may have some unwanted meta data embedded in the image which we need to ensure is not malicious
If you have followed the steps in this help article and are still unable to upload your logo please attach it to an email and send to support@electraform.co.uk where we can upload it for you.
