Contact electraform support - we understand that everyone makes mistakes, and electraform has some in-built measures to prevent customers changing the type of certificate to prevent fraud, however we can assist you if you choose the wrong certificate type.
Many of our certificates allow you to copy into a different type of certificate. When you have done this either call our support team on 0333-207-9668 or email us here and we can delete the original. This will restore the credit used to create the incorrect certificate.
