Based on your selections in the Observations section, electraform can auto-update the corresponding Inspection Schedule item with the same observation code.
In settings click on Inspection schedule auto-update as shown in the image below:
Change the value to ALLOW and click Update
The highlighted area in the image below shows Automatic Inspection Schedule Update:
