There is an option to exclude the engineer's name from circuit charts which can be useful if the charts are likely to be accessible to the public. If you want to do this open the certificate and in settings click on the bar as shown in the image below:
Toggle the button to Exclude engineer from charts as as shown in the image below and click the 'Update' button. The engineer's details will no longer appear.
