Users of Safari may experience a problem in that the upload image button does nothing when clicked.
This only affects users with macOS Mojave after the 14.0.1 version update. Updating to macOS Big Sur version 11.x.x will solve the issue.
Click the apple icon as shown in the image below, then click 'About This Mac'
You will see your current macOS as shown in the image below:
Click Software Update button as shown in the image below:
After the update your macOS should be something like this
