There could be a number of reasons why you can't upload your image.
- The image is the wrong file type. We can only accept .jpgs and .pngs. You can convert your image by following the steps in this help article
- The file size is too large. Due to the image place holder in the certificate being of limited size there is no need to upload very high resolution images.
- Some camera phones (mostly modern android) output unsupported file types. In this case save the image to your camera roll and upload from there instead.
- You do not have any image credits left. If this is the case you will receive a message with instruction to purchase more as shown in the image below:.
If you have forgotten your log in email address please contact support@electraform.co.uk You will need to provide full details about the account for security purposes
If your password contains strange characters such as &£$@! it will be rejected. Please reset your password using the Forgot Your Password link as in image 1 above. Your password should contain letters and numbers only (Upper and Lower case is fine)
In some cases it is possible that your email domain has expired or is invalid. Use a service such as Email Hippo and enter your email address as highlighted in the image below: The example we have used shows that the domain is invalid.
