You can email completed certificates to your Client direct from our software or from your own email address.
Click the information icon beside the completed certificate/ report number as shown in the image below:
Scroll down to email options as shown in the image below, to email the certificate/ report to your Client direct from the software click the green mail Client pdf:
You can expect to see a pop-up window when this is complete
To email your Client's report direct from your own email account click the use my email button as shown in the image below, the email will be generated to your Client as shown in the pop-up window:
