Data not saving is incredibly rare because of the measures we have put in place. If this does happen to you it is, in the main, due to loss of internet connection.
If you loose your internet connection you will experience a constantly spinning disk as shown in the image below. This should not be ignored and you should refrain from entering anymore data until you are sure that you have a solid internet connection. We would recommend that you check your connection by opening a page such as Google before entering anymore data
