There is now an option to re-order circuits at any stage but this is particularly useful after copying an existing certificate into a new one when the circuit arrangement doesn't tally up in the new DB.
For example the image below shows an existing board which requires new / extra circuits in a new order:
The image below shows the newly added circuits which are now in the wrong order:
Click the re-order circuits button as shown below:
The circuit arrangement will now look like this:
