Reasons why your signature will not upload
- It's too big- the maximum allowable size is 64kB
- It's the wrong file type- please use only .jpg or .jpeg
- It may have some unwanted meta data embedded in the image which we need to ensure is not malicious
If you have followed the steps in this help article and are still unable to upload your signature please attach it to an email and send to support@electraform.co.uk where we can upload it for you.
The easiest way to add a signature to your engineer profile is to use the create signature feature:
Go to Admin/ Engineers and click create signature as shown in the image below:
A signature box will appear as shown in the image below:
When saved the signature will upload to the engineer profile as shown in the image below:
