If you have purchased credits but they have not appeared on your account please contact support@electraform.co.uk with as much detail as possible about the transaction including name, email address,date, time and transaction number if you have one. As soon as we can locate the transaction we can manually update your account.


Why does this happen?

When you go through the payment process you are in the hands of Sagepay who handle all the security aspects of the transaction, it's possible the transaction timed out before sending us a successful notification which is why the credits weren't added.
