If you need help, there are a couple of ways to get in touch:

Between 9am and 5pm, we offer a phone service, call 0333-207-9668 and one of our support team will help
Out of hours, or if you prefer you can email support@electraform.co.uk which will create a support ticket, and these are answered as soon as we can at any time, day or evening and even weekends.
