In order to use electraform as it was designed, your browser needs to use Javascript. Javascript isn't the enemy as some people would have you believe, it is essential for modern browsers to display items 'on the fly' without having to reload pages, making the browsing experience quicker and smoother
Turn Javascript on - Google Chrome.
Click the dots on the right hand side at the top of the browser:
- Click Settings
- Scroll down the page a little and click Advanced (see image 1)
- Click Connect settings (see image 1)
- Scroll down to Javascript and make sure it is set to allowed (see image 2)

Turn Javascript on - Firefox.
Firefox is a little more involved, but the outcome is the same:
- Copy and paste the following into the address bar of a new browser window about:config and hit enter
- Click the "I accept the risk" button on the next page (see image 1)
- In the search bar on the next page, start to type javascript and it will filter down to the following (See image 2)
- Ensure there is the word "true" under the Value heading, if not - double click on the row will change it
- Refresh any open pages

Turn Javascript on - Safari.
Safari is quite easy
- Click Safari > Preferences on the menu (See image 1)
- Click on the Security tab (See image 2)
- Ensure the Enable Javascript checkbox is checked and Block pop-up windows is unchecked)
- Refresh any open pages

Turn Javascript on - Internet Explorer.
As usual, Internet Explorer is the most awkward and involved - please be patient!
Follow steps 1 - 7 below
1.Select the tools menu
In Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8, "Tools" is a menu at the top of the screen:
In IE 9 and higher, "Tools" is found by blinking the gear icon on the right hand side of the browser window:
2. Select Internet options:
In Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8, "Internet Options" is the bottom menu item:
3. Select the Security tab
The window which has just appeared will have a tab labled "Security"; please click it:
4. Click the Custom level button
Enabling or disabling JavaScript in Internet Explorer involves setting a custom security level; so click the button to modify it.5. Scroll down and change the Active Scripting setting
Scroll down to the section titled "Scripting". There is a sub-section called "Active scripting". Click the option "Enable" to enable Javascript. Press the "OK" button to save this change.6. Confirm the change
Because you are changing an important setting, Internet Explorer will prompt you to confirm that you really want to do this. Press the "Yes" button to confirm this change.7. Close Internet Options
You are now returned to the original "Internet Options" window. Press the "OK" button to close it and return to your normal web browsing
