From time to time, your browser decides to cache your pages and it seems like you can't refresh the page to load new content. Below are step by step instructions on how to clear it for each browser.


Safari on iPad - iPhone.

Click Settings, then scroll down to Safari. Then find the Clear History and Website Data button and click it, you will be asked to confirm as in the second image below.



  


Google Chrome.

Click the dots on the right hand side at the top of the browser > More tools > Clear Browsing Data as shown in the image below.

  


Firefox.

Click the History tab > Clear Recent History. Then ensure Browsing & Download History and Cache are ticked as shown in the image > Clear Now

  



Safari on Mac.

First you will need to enable the Developer Menu:

Click Safari in the Menu bar > Preferences > Advanced:

Then click Show Develop menu in menu bar as shown in the image




Then:

Click the Developer menu then scroll down to Empty Caches


  


Internet explorer

Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....

  



Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
