The Home Screen is the default window that loads every time you log in to electraform.

It displays all your certificates and reports, along with buttons to help you move around the program easily.

The numbered image below will help you familiarise yourself with the Home Screen.



 1  The navigation bar

The navigation bar has numerous links to take you whereever you need to go in the program, to add a new Company, Client, Installation or Engineer. It also has links to various settings and your account.


 2  The credit counter

The credit counter shows at a glance how many credits you have available in your account. Just above the credit counter is the login/out and link to buy more credits when you need them.


 3  The refresh button

The refresh button is a quick way to reload the Home Page - you might want to do this to check on certificate status, or when a certificate was last modified.


 4  The search facility

The search facility allows you to search by certain criteria for example EICRs for a particular Client, the program will start to filter and find based on what you enter.



 5  The Certificate "ADD" button

Click the "Add" button whenever you want to create a new certificate or report. You will be presented with a new screen asking for which type of certificate you want, plus a few other details if you know them at this stage.



 6   The Certificate complete information button

Clicking the red   i   will display all the certificate information without actually opening the certificate. Once the certificate has been marked as Complete, it can no longer be opened or edited. Instead, a pdf is now available for download to a folder, or you can email the pdf direct to your Client.

 7  The Certificate information button

Clicking the blue   i   will display all the certificate information without actually opening the certificate. From here you can assign the certificate to an engineer, change the certificate number, email support.

 8  The Installation


The Installation column shows you a list of all the Installations where you have carried out work. They can't be edited from here, that must be done by clicking the Installations Tab in the Main Navigation Bar.

 9  The Client

The Client column shows you a list of all the Clients you have carried out work for. They can't be edited from here, that must be done by clicking the Clients Tab in the Main Navigation Bar.

10 Certificate Status

The Status column shows us whether a certificate is new, in progress, has been marked for review or has been completed.


11 Modified

The Modified column shows us when the certificate was last edited - this feature allows you to keep track on certificates that are being done by remote engineers or a third party.


12 Assigned to

The Assigned to column shows us which engineer you have assigned this certificate to. This can be changed in the Certificate Information Card, and assigned to a new engineer at any time.

13 The PDF

The PDF icon shows you that this certificate has been completed, and a final PDF is now available for you to download or view on screen. There are more PDF options available in the Certificate Information Card.

14 Permissions settings

If this icon is red, it means restrictions on the assigned engineer are in place, if it is grey, all permissions are available.



15 Archive

Click this icon to instantly Archive the certificate - it will then be moved to the Archive section.



16 Client emailed

This icon shows whether you have emailed the certificate to your client - click it to turn it green.



17 Certificate Invoiced

This icon shows whether you have invoiced the certificate to your client - click it to turn it purple.



18 Work notifiable and notified

The grey Notify icon will appear only if you have said this work is notifiable to LABC, clicking it will indicate you have notified the work.

Please note that you cannot notify LABC direct from electraform - This must still be done from your scheme operator portal.
