To make a new certificate from a template first of all select the template that you wish to use from the templates folder as shown in the image below:
Then click the copy button to copy the template into a new certificate/ report
Choose the type of certificate/report you want to create (in most cases the new certificate type will be the same as the template) - however the list in the first dropdown box shows the available types that can be copied from the original.
In the case of copying a template some information can be changed at this point including the Client and the Installation.
It is important to tick which items you want to include in your new certificate/report from the template ie images, agreed limitations and test results. The image below only includes the agreed limitations from the template as the observations and test results will usually be different.
When you have successfully copied the certificate/ report you will see the image below:
The new certificate/ report will automatically reside in your main certificate folder and will have an additional icon showing that it has been copied and from which report
