A number of changes occurred in the installation certificates including the following:
Installation page
On the installation details page the term Domestic has been replaced with Residential
Inspection schedule
The previous Inspection Schedule has been completely replaced. There is no longer a separate page of inspections. The Inspection Schedule has been reduced to 14 items and is now found at the foot of the System Characteristics page.
Due to these changes it has not been possible to copy Amendment 1 outcomes to Amendment 2 outcomes.
Boards and circuits
A new section relating to SPDs has been included:

RCD testing
The requirement to test at 5In is no longer available as per this amendment
Updating to Amendment 2
If you have created an EICS/EICM/SCC to Amendment 1 and want to upgrade it to Amendment 2 follow these instructions:
- Open the Certificate
- Click the Settings button
- Open the Update to 2018+A2:2022 button and click the update button
This can also be reversed by following the same instructions and clicking Revert to 2018+A1:2020
