The Logbook has separate sections that can be updated throughout the life of the installation. Each section is described below


Installation details:


This section provides details of the areas covered by the Logbook, leases, wayleaves, common areas and the Company carrying out the testing.





Schedule of all Tests:


This section should be updated every time a monthly test is carried out detailing which test was carried out and its outcome.



Key / Test switches:


This section can record all the Key / Test switches with switch reference and location information.




Emergency Luminaires and Tests:


This section records all of the luminaires in the installation including the following:


  • Reference
  • Fitting type
  • Lamp wattage
  • Mode of operation
  • Location
  • Key / switch reference
  • Monthly test outcome



Repairs & History:


This section allows recording of all luminaires history including whether repairs have been carried out such as replacing batteries, replacing lamps etc.



System-Central battery:


This section details types of luminaire in the installation, the system type, central battery information and the person designated as the "responsible person" for the system.

This section allows the upload of images taken around the installation.
