Every time you carry out a monthly test, enter a new Schedule item
To enter a new Schedule of Test click the green + button as shown in the image below:
Enter the required information of the test including which test, the time and date and the outcome as shown in the image below:
Once added the Schedule of Test will appear as shown in the image below:
