Logbooks have their own section on the Home screen
Click the Logbook folder at the top of the screen
Creating a Logbook uses 10 credits and you will see the screen below if you have insufficient credits
Providing you have sufficient credits click the NEW button as shown in the image below
The new Logbook form will be displayed where you can choose your Client and Installation as shown below
