Limit your choice of certificates based on relevance to you.
If you do not want to see the entire range of certificates you can select which ones you want by following the steps below:
In Settings -> Certificate preference list
Tick the certificates that you would like to see and who they apply to as shown in the image below:
When creating a new certificate you will only see the list of your preferences as shown in the image below:
If on any occasion you want to use a certificate that you don't normally see on your list you can quickly toggle to use the standard list without having to alter your selections as shown in the image below:
