If you have images in an unrecognised format such as .heic / .dng or .heif, you can quickly convert a batch of images to a format accepted by electraform.
Firstly download the images to a folder on your Mac and select all the files in that folder Then right click and select Open with->Preview.
Click anywhere in the left hand pane and select all images using Command + A on your keyboard - you must select ALL the images to export them all.
Click the "File" menu and select Export Selected Images.
At this point it might be an idea to create a new folder for your exported images.
Create your folder and click Choose
Your images will now be in a jpeg format which can be uploaded to electraform.
