Remedial report generator
Alongside recording observation details, you can record the remedial action required for each observation.
The client doesn't see this information, it is purely an admin tool available to you to save time having to go back to site and price repairs.
The following information can be recorded:
- Remedial work required.
- Materials required.
- Hours required.
- Out of hours - whether the remedial work needs to be done out of normal working hours.
Open the remedial action section
With every observation, an optional section is available to record remedial work information.
Add the information for the observation
Each section contains enough space top enter a comprehensive list of materials, as well as instructions as to how to carry out the repairs.
Using the quick-view
When remedial action information is added, an icon appears on the observation page. When clicked, this displays the information in a popup window.
Downloading the remedial report
At any time while the report is in edit mode, you can download the auto-generated report to your computer or mobile device.
You can also choose to view the report on screen without downloading it.
The remedial report
The PDF report contains all the information about the installation, the report the information relates to and the engineer who carried out the inspection as well as the action required for each observation item.
Download from the home screen
Once the report has been completed, the report can also be downloaded from the home screen.
