Overview

electraform has a feature to allow you to assign certificates to other engineers, meaning they only have access to the certificate issued to them, and not the admin controls such as Client and Company information. This ensures consistency across the entire system where the Administrator is responsible for the correct recording of Client, Installation and Company details.


Assigning a certificate when creating a new certificate

Choose an engineer from the dropdown list to assign the Certificate to, once the certificate has been created you will need to email the details to them which is shown in the next step.




Assigning a certificate at any time

Click the   i   next to the certificate you wish to edit, then choose an engineer from the dropdown list as shown in the image, then click the green Certificate Access button to ermail the certificate to the chosen engineer.



What the engineer receives

The chosen engineer will receive an email at the email address associated with their details. The email will detail all the information about where the installation to be tested is, and provides a button link at the foot of the email to access the certificate on whatever device they choose.

Clicking the link in the email will result in the engineer being taken to their unique dashboard.
