The Multi option certificate is generally for larger installations where a number of different people or companies have been involved in the Design, Construction and final Inspection and Testing.

The Short option certificate is generally for smaller installations where the same person and company is responsible for the Design, Construction and final Inspection and Testing of the installation.

The Condition Report is used to assess the installation's condition, whether it needs any remedial action and whether it is fit for continued service. The report has an Observations and Recommendations section where you can record any defects or findings, and report them to your client - advising them of the recommended course of action.

The Single Circuit Certificate is ideal for one off new circuits on any type of installation. It has all the necessary inspection requirements as a full size certificate, but only has one place to record an individual circuit. It is ideal for a new shower, boiler, immersion heater, supply to another source for example.

Used to carry out electrical remedial work on one circuit, however a unique feature to electraform allows you to carry out up to 3 remedial items on the same certificate. This certificate should NOT be used for installation work that would require the use of an Installation Certificate.

Used to inform the Occupier or duty holder of the premises that a dangerous condition exists on the electrical installation.
