If you use remote engineers to fill out your Certificates or you are working on certificates away from the office, electraform has a feature that allows you to Mark Certificate For Review. This feature will either:
- Let the office know that the Certificate is finished as far as the engineer is concerned, and is ready for the qualified supervisor to review it
- Let you know that once you get back to the office, and log in to the Home page, you can see at a glance which certificates require reviewing.
At the bottom of every certificate is a dropdown box (as shown in the image) to choose who will receive the review email- when this is selected the purple Review button is enabled. Click the Review button which will send the recipient an email and the Home page is updated to show the Status of the certificate is now For Review.
